Oakedge is the perfect place to introduce yourself to the fun and challenge of clay shooting. Whether you are a complete beginner, a young shot, an improver or an experienced game shooter our range of changeable targets can be varied to suit your abilities and needs, so the clays are always fun but testing!

Oakedge's resident shooting coach Brian Goring gets a young shooter mounting an empty gun correctly.

Novice shooters and young shots get an introduction to gun handling, safety talk and master eye check with an emphasis on correct procedure and technique. They will soon progress to the satisfaction of breaking their first clays! Hearing and eye protection can be provided.

Our resident Coach Brian Goring has been instructing for the past 18 years and has helped many, many shooters improve their skills. He has also brought youngsters through from novice shooters to national standard.

TUITION COSTS
One to one tuition on 100 targets on various or specific stands £45. Novice to advanced shooting.

Set in the heart of rural Staffordshire Oakedge Shooitng Ground is easily accessed from the M6 (junctions 13 or 14) the A50 and the A51.

SIMULATED GAME DAYS

SMALL GROUPS
We offer tuition to small groups of shooters with one instructor per 5 to 10 people. Make it a Birthday, Stag / Hen Party or works outing to remember. We teach school children who use clay shooting as one of their skills for the Duke Of Edinburgh (DofE) Bronze Silver and Gold Awards.
